Lift-and-shift and re-platforming of Windows Server, SQL Server and middleware workloads to Azure, including cutover planning and validation.
Managed operations for Azure
Ongoing administration of Azure environments: patching, backup, identity, cost control and incident response, with agreed service levels.
Monitoring and observability
Design and operation of monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Dynatrace, covering availability, performance and cost alerts.
